NEW TREATMENT ALERT!
Sunekos
If you follow my social media, you'll know that this is a brand new treatment I'm offering in clinic and I am really excited about the amazing improvements it's making to my client's skin. It's a form of targeted cell regeneration which will increase deep moisture levels and also increase collagen and elastin production. The results? Less wrinkles and younger looking skin to put it finely. Fine and deep lines are reduced, skin is smoother, firmer, lifted and more hydrated, what more could a girl want?
The good news- this is a safe treatment consisting of amino acids and hyaluronic acid and suitable for almost everyone. It's NOT a filler, therefore, you will see very natural-looking results. Whilst it will increase volume in some areas, it's not going to sculpt your face in the way that fillers do. It can also be used to treat under eye bags, acne scarring, large pores, dark circles, jowls, lip lines, saggy skin on the tummy, on the neck, chest, and hands. It's an extremely versatile product that can actually be used almost anywhere to improve the skin. Prices start from £495 for the mid and lower face, this consists of a course of 4 treatments one week apart. You will need to repeat the treatment once or twice a year to maintain the results at a cost of £195.

December Skincare Tip: How to Combat Dry and Dull Skin
Lifestyle:
Avoid using very hot water on your face, luke warm water is enough for cleansing. Whilst it's tempting to turn the dial up in the shower in this weather, hot water damages the skin making it even drier.
If you suffer from oily skin, using very hot water on your face can lead to more breakouts. As more sebum is produced to counteract the dryness, more inflammation is present, and more blocked pores= more of those pesky confidence destroying spots.
Keep yourself well hydrated with water in addition to all the comforting tea and coffee (unless you drink decaff), your skin will thank you for it.
